A NEW business specialising in capturing the charm of much-loved family pets in action has opened in Leigh.

Pet Pix UK, created by resident Christina Savage, specialises in dog and cat portraits along with outdoor action shots and show poses.

"I love photography and I adore both dogs and cats so this is a dream come true,” she said.

“Animals make great models and I always take my time to make sure both they and their owners have a fun and relaxed experience.
