POLICE have seized more than £20,000 of drugs in a raid at a house in Leigh.
The house, in Maple Crescent, was raided just after 8am on Friday after a tip-off.
Police said they found "a significant quantity" of cocaine and cannabis, and a 20-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of possessing cocaine with intent to supply and possessing cannabis.
He has been bailed while police investigate.
PC Paul O’Donnell said: “Thanks to information received from the local community, an arrest was made.
"This goes to show residents will not put up with such actions and are determined to help us rid the streets of drugs.
“I would ask anyone who may know where drugs are being dealt or produced to contact police as soon as possible.”
