After withdrawing money the victim was approached by four men, who got out of a white Toyota Auris.

They then got back in the Toyota and drove off in the direction of Lowton.
The victim suffered injuries to his head and hand and was taken to Warrington Hospital, but has since been discharged.
All of his attackers were wearing balaclavas and one is described as being approximately 6ft 2ins tall.
