THE assessor’s report on the performance of referee Craig Halloran would make interesting reading. Hopefully the outcome will be more than a slap on the wrist and a hundred lines. The fans were rightly frustrated, so just how the players felt is anyone’s guess. The guy had a shocker and should be told to shape up or ship out.
