THE two back-to-back tries Leigh scored at the start of the second half were crucial. Having seen a 16-0 lead wiped out by half time, Leigh needed to respond in the right way after the restart. The touchdowns from Mort and Watson deflated the Bulldogs and gave Leigh the confidence to go on and win it.
