Tyldesley 65 Moore 14
TYLDESLEY put in an impressive performance to inflict a heavy defeat on third-placed Moore on Saturday.
Despite a yellow card in each half, the hosts ran in tries throughout with prop forward Norton getting the scoreboard ticking in the fourth minute.
The second try came 12 minutes later from a scrum, shipped out through Martin and Kilshaw for Dickinson to touch down.
Tyldesley had increased their lead to 22 points by the break, with Kilshaw crossing and Wallbank converting a penalty, and immediately after the interval scored again through Fetherston.
Two minutes later and Kilshaw added his second, followed by scores for Schofield and Brown.
Moore did reply with a couple of converted tries, but Johnson and then Jones made sure of Tyldesley’s win.
